 SUMMER 2012: New Entertainment and Retail Complex in Indian Trail


A new 30 Acre Entertainment and Retail Complex is being built on a site in the Sun Valley Commons Commercial Center. The complex will include a state of the art 14 screen, 55,000 square foot theater (built by Stone Theatres). Outparcels are available (Ground Lease or will Build-to-Suit) for retail, office and restaurants. Nearby tenants include Harris Teeter, Well Fargo Bank, McDonalds and Starbucks.
